Key Features Imparts water-proofing behavior Very good compatibility with organic compounds Fluorocarbon-free not sensitive to frost Key Applications Wet-end processes, especially in re-fatting Application: HANSA® LPF 710 is a carboxy-functional polydimethylsiloxane which can be used for the water-proofing treatment of leather. It is particularly suitable in wet-end processes, especially during refatting. HANSA® LPF 710 is not soluble in water. It can be dissolved in alcohol; the optimal application amount must be adjusted to the desired effect. HANSA® LPF 710 can be used in combination with HANSA® WS 1175 in order to achieve an even better waterproofing effect. Information provided by CHT Group
