Aearo E-A-R Specialty Composites VersaDamp™ V-2575 TPE
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Elastomer, TPE; Thermoplastic Elastomer, Melt-Processible Rubber

Material Notes: VersaDamp TPEs are olefinic dynamic vulcanizates. The VersaDamp 2000 series materials provide predictable damping performance throughout a broad range of temperatures. They can be injection molded into a wide variety of standard or custom isolators, including grommets, equipment mounts, bumpers, and gaskets. They feature high internal damping properties for low amplification at resonance to protect equipment during frequency cycling and random shocks, effective shock protection for sensitive mechanisms within minimum sway parameters, and quick return to equilibrium after vibrations or shocks.
