Material Notes: Description: PADMAT® MT1000 fiberglass mat is comprised of high purity, high strength E-Glass fibers. These long fibers are mechanically needled into high strength, binderless insulation materials that are available in a wide range of thicknesses. MT1000 is light weight, strong, and highly efficient as insulation in most high heat environments for extended periods at elevated. The absence of organic or synthetic binders makes this product smoke free on heat up and allows the product to remain mechanically stable even after exposure to extreme temperatures.
