Phillips 66 PCL-EP ISO Grade 46
Categories: Fluid; Lubricant

Material Notes: Phillips 66® PCL-EP is a light viscosity, extreme-pressure Penetrating Chain Lubricant specially formulated to lubricate drive chains operating under heavy loads. It is particularly recommended for sharp chains used in sawmills. PCL-EP is formulated to provide excellent wear protection as well as rust and corrosion protection. The light viscosity allows the lubricant to penetrate and lubricate the critical pins and bushings of the drive chain for extended chain life. Extreme-pressure additives provide extra wear protection under heavy or shock loading.

Applications:

  • Sharp chains used in sawmills
  • Industrial drive chains
Features/Benefits:
  • Good oiliness and extreme-pressure properties for wear protection
  • Excellent rust and corrosion protection
  • Good penetrating ability to lubricate drive chain pins and bushings
