Material Notes: Description: Methylon® 75202 is a metal coating resin produced by the reaction of a bisphenol A type epoxy resin with a xylene formaldehyde condensation polymer in a mixture of xylol, diacetone alcohol and butyl cellosolve.

USES: Linings for drums, cans and pails, industrial coating requiring light colour, chemical resistance and flexibility, primers needing chemical resistance properties, etc.

FEATURES:

  • Light colour and excellent flexibility
  • Outstanding resistance to chemicals, solvents, acids, alkalis and soap solutions
  • Compatible with epoxies, polyvinyl butyral, short and medium oil alkyds, urea and melamine formaldehyde resins
  • Cured films have excellent adhesion, heat resistance and mar resistance
