This is due to the activating effect of the filler substance in Aktiplast MS. Higher molecular weight zinc soaps allow faster incorporation of fillers. Therefore, Aktiplast MS is making a reduced mixing cycle time possible. The rheological features of NR, IR, and NR as well as synthetic rubber blends, will be improved when Aktiplast MS is applied. Handling of batches with high filler content is improved, related processing problems with a higher filler content will be reduced.
