Material Notes: PLANSEE's molybdenum tungsten alloys (MoW) offer enhanced stability against ITO, aluminum or copper etching solutions. Adding tungsten to pure molybdenum selectively slows down the speed of etching. The tungsten concentration in the target is adjustable. The powder metallurgical production process promotes a uniform tungsten distribution.
