Evonik ACRYMID® TT50 Acrylic Molding Compound
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Acrylic (PMMA)

Material Notes: The ACRYLITE® Heatresist and ACRYMID® products are crystal-clear molding compounds offering higher heat deflection temperatures under load than other grades of ACRYLITE®.

ACRYMID® TT50 and TT70: ACRYMID® TT50 and TT70 are poly-methyl methacrylimide (PMMI) compounds that offer very high heat deflection temperatures. They are suitable for high-temperature applications such as headlamp lenses, drum lenses and built-in furniture lighting. Besides their high light transmission, clarity, excellent strength and rigidity, these specialty molding compounds offer extremely stable optical values after long-term exposure to heat.
