Material Notes: F-CLEAN®, produced by Asahi Glass Company, Ltd., is a Ethylene-Tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (ETFE) film used as the preferred covering material for horticultural greenhouses.
  • High tensile strength compared with other plastic films
  • High visible light transmission exceeds 90% and provides an environment inside the greenhouse very similar to outdoors.
  • Low degradation from sunlight and heat. Useful lifetime usually exceeds ten years.
  • Very easily cleaned by rain and snow.
