MOL Group TIPELIN 7111S HDPE, pipe and sheet
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); High Density (HDPE); High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Pipe Grade; High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Sheet/Thermoforming Grade

Material Notes: Description: TIPELIN 7111S is a high density bimodal polyethylene copolymer (with butene-1 as comonomer) intended for sheet extrusion and blow molding of products with high stiffness, excellent environmental stress crack resistance, full notched creep behavior and improved long-term color stability. The grade contains antioxidants and acid scavengers.

Applications: TIPELIN 7111S is recommended for the extrusion of sheets of industrial parts and consumer packaging as well, highly recommended in cases when better color stability and lower yellowness value of the product is needed. The product is also recommended for non-pressure pipe extrusion and for blow molding of jerry cans for the packaging even of aggressive industrial.

(1) Average mechanical property values of several measurements carried out on standard pressed specimens (ISO 293) conditioned at room temperature (ISO 291).
