Material Notes: The XP 150 Series are amorphous high performance polyimides with high permanent temperature and creep resistance, as well as excellent bearing and wear properties, and excellent long term thermal stability. The XP 150 unfilled premium grade has very low extractables, making it suitable for use in semiconductor applications.

The XP 150 Series of Polyimides are non-melting high temperature materials with high strength over a wide range of temperatures, good long term thermal stability, minimal thermal expansion and excellent wear resistance along with good chemical resistance.
