Material Notes: Vinnolit® S 3250/13 Suspension copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate for thermoplastic processing. Vinnolit® S 3250/13 is a free-flowing powder produced by suspension copolymerization of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate. The product contains about 13 percent vinyl acetate. It is a specialty resin for vinyl records, rigid or semi-rigid films and flooring applications (e. g. LVT). Blends containing with Vinnolit® S 3250/13 are used to produce high quality vinyl records and calendered films/sheets e.g. for flooring constructions. The low K-value and the high acetate content provide a very good flow and processing behavior. Due to the high acetate content formulations with Vinnolit® S 3250/13 can accept very high filler loads, show fast gelling or gelling at low temperatures and provide a very good printability.
