Total PSC 1340 Crystal Polystyrene
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polystyrene (PS); Polystyrene, Transparent Grade

Material Notes: 1340 is a high molecular weight crystal polystyrene which allows maximum dilution rates with high impact polystyrene grades such as LACQRENE® 7240. In dilution, LACQRENE® 1340 gives excellent processing in both extrusion and thermoforming with good finished product dimensional stability.

Application

Cups and other products by in line extrusion/thermoforming, Foamed trays by direct gassing (in line thermoforming), Shower screens

Information provided provided by Total Petrochemicals.

Total Petrochemicals acquired former Fina and Atofina plastics product lines. This product was previously known as LACQRENE®
