Ethylene n-butyl acrylate (EnBA) copolymers have an nBA content of up to 35 percent and are less crystalline and softer than polyethylene resins. They adhere to a variety of polar substrates including paper, polyesters, monomers, PVdC and unplasticized PVC. Benefits: Very high flow, 32.5 percent nBA copolymer. ExxonMobil™ EnBA copolymer resins offers excellent adhesion on polar substrates, without the use of primers. Uses include liquid aseptic and dry-food packaging, lamitubes and cable shielding. Suitable for use in hot melt adhesives and sealants. Availability: Asia Pacific, Latin America, Europe, North America. Additive: Antiblock: no; slip: no; thermal stabilizer: yes. Applications: hot melt adhesives, hot melt sealants, wax blends. Forms: pellets. Information provided by ExxonMobil. |
