ExxonMobil EN 33901 Ethylene n-butyl acrylate (EnBA) copolymer
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Ethylene Butyl Acrylate

Material Notes: Ethylene n-butyl acrylate (EnBA) copolymers have an nBA content of up to 35 percent and are less crystalline and softer than polyethylene resins. They adhere to a variety of polar substrates including paper, polyesters, monomers, PVdC and unplasticized PVC.  Benefits: Very high flow, 32.5 percent nBA copolymer.  ExxonMobil™ EnBA copolymer resins offers excellent adhesion on polar substrates, without the use of primers. Uses include liquid aseptic and dry-food packaging, lamitubes and cable shielding.  Suitable for use in hot melt adhesives and sealants.
