Braskem LL5801N LLDPE Blown Film Extrusion Polyethylene Copolymer  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Film; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); Linear Low Density (LLDPE); Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), Film Grade; LLDPE/Octene, Film

Material Notes: The LL5801N resin is a linear low-density polyethylene, copolymer of octene-1, produced by the solution process for blown film extrusion with excellent mechanical properties. It contains processing aid, antioxidant, slip, and antiblocking additives. Its applications include: stretch film; and laminating and specialties made of high strength films. The LL5801N resin should be processed on specific extruders for LLDPE. The best results are obtained at a melt temperature within the range of 200 to 220ºC and blends with maximum ratio of 30% LLDPE. Recommended blow up ratio: 1.8 to 3.0:1.
