| DANCOLL® 255-28 is a poly adduct in an organic solvent. It shows very well adhesion properties on a lot of materials. The product has a very high crystallisation rate and is specially suitable for textile laminations and coatings. Because it are achieved high initial values it can be also made stress bondings by means of this product. Application: DANCOLL® 255-28 is an optimum polyurethane adhesive system for the lamination of different materials with oneself or among themselves. This poylurethane adduct is mainly used for the coating resp. for the lamination of soft PVC, hard PVC, for divers rubber materials, leather, paper, wood, different structured textiles and even for a lot of other materials. For the lamination it is coated one site of the material with this adhesive. The solvents of the coating were exhausted. After the exhausting the applied adhesive film is nonsticky and dry on the surface. At the later lamination the dried adhesive film is heat reactivated at a minimum temperature of 90°C. The further substrate is laminated and pressed in addition. After a short cooling off period of the adhesive composites it are achieved high initial strengthes. For special high chemical resistances and heat resistance DANCOLL® 255-28 can be crosslinked with the isocyanate crosslinker DANCURE® 246-06. We recommend additions of 5-10%.
