Danquinsa DANTHANE® 125H Adhesive
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Adhesives, Sealants, and Coatings

Material Notes: DANTHANE_ 125H is a polyester based, thermoplastic, aromatic structured TPU-granule. DANTHANE_ 125H has the distinction by its low softening point and its good adhesive behaviour. DANTHANE® 125H is applied by melt calander coating of textiles or other supporting materials. DANTHANE_ 125H is used at the production of coated textiles as they were needed for example at:
  • sealing of seams
  • membrane foils
  • mattress coatings
  • good thermic welded foils
  • ?thermobond equipment
> Application: DANTHANE_ 125H is needed by the hot melt coating of industrial textiles. Coated textiles or even produced mono foils distinguishes themselves by their excellent reactivation behaviour and thermic welding behaviour. DANTHANE_ 125H is further best suitable for thermobonding equipment of textiles. By this kind of application it is possible to extrude the granules of DANTHANE_ 125H into films. Grinded to powder there is the possibility to apply the powder of DANTHANE_ 125H by spread coating, powder or dot point coating. Concerning powder we refer to the type DANTHANE_ 125H–Powder.
