Material Notes:	FormaMet is an aluminum bronze cold working die alloy used for the drawing or forming of stainless steel, low carbon steel and other materials. When used for deep drawing and forming applications offer the following advantages: 39 HRc hardness minimizes wear and maximizes tool life High galling resistance eliminates wrinkling and tearing of the deep drawn part Very high wear resistance combined with excellent sliding properties Information supplied by Brush Wellman Engineered Materials. Brush Engineered Materials Inc. changed its name to Materion Corporation in March 2011.
