Denka STYROL MW1 Polystyrene  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polystyrene (PS); Polystyrene, Molded, Unreinforced

Material Notes: "DENKA SYTROL MW" is a well-balanced polystyrene (PS) resin, with a high tensile strength as well as good moldability. Overturning the traditional understanding that PS resin is "hard and brittle," this products applications have been expanded to include large packaging cases (and the like), advancing the world of PS resin, and becoming a synonym for ultra-strong PS.

Applications

  • Recording media-related items like CD jewel cases, and videotape or audiocassette cases, etc.
  • Refrigerator trays
  • Pet cages
  • Miscellaneous goods/toys
  • Food packaging, etc.
