Master Bond Supreme 10HTF-1 One Component Epoxy Adhesive
Categories: Polymer; Adhesive; Thermoset; Epoxy; Epoxy Adhesive

Material Notes: Key Features:
  • Convenient processing and fast curing
  • Exceptionally high bonding strength
  • Serviceable from 4K to +400°F
  • Can withstand rigorous thermal cycling
Product Description: Master Bond Supreme 10HTF-1 combines very fast curing and simple handling properties with a superior performance profile. It has a smooth paste consistency and is easy to apply. Supreme 10HTF-1 is a true one part system; it is not premixed and frozen and has an unlimited working life at room temperature. It is rapid curing: 5-10 minutes at 300°F and 15-20 minutes at 250°F. It should be noted that post curing at 250-300°F for 1-2 hours will help optimize the properties. The system bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, rubbers and many plastics. It has fine dimensional stability and brilliant physical strength properties, particularly tensile lap shear and peel strength. Supreme 10HTF-1 has solid chemical resistance to water, fuels, acids, bases and many solvents. Also, it is a reliable electrical insulator. Most importantly, Supreme 10HTF-1 is a toughened system and is capable of withstanding aggressive thermal cycling as well as mechanical shock and vibration. The system has very low shrinkage upon curing and after polymerizing, it has outstanding dimensional stability. Additionally, Supreme 10HTF-1 is cryogenically serviceable and has a wide temperature range of 4K to +400°F. It is gray in color, but other colors are available. Supreme 10HTF-1 can be used in the aerospace, electronic, optical, specialty OEM and related industries where uncomplicated handling, fast curing and high performance are a premium.
