Material Notes: Product description: TEGO® Antifoam 7001 is a jet-stable and electrolyte tolerant defoamer for textile applications.

Application: TEGO® Antifoam 7001 is designed for the use as antifoam in high speed jet dyeing machines.

Properties / Benefits: TEGO® Antifoam 7001 provides:

  • Excellent defoaming performance in dyeing of PA in jet machines
  • Excellent stability in high electrolyte containing systems (80 - 100 g/l)
  • Excellent defoaming performance over a wide range of pH (4 - 12)
  • Good stability of dilutions in water without thickener
TEGO® Antifoam 7001 is an easy to handle, liquid low viscous emulsion. It is easily dilutable and shows very good dispersibility in water. It therefore could be used as is or in diluted version. TEGO® Antifoam 7001 is very efficient at low dosage rates in surfactants and in a broad range of surfactant blends and formulations.
