Nurel Engineering Polymers ENOXITE® E20 High barrier polymer

Material Notes: Enoxite E20 is a high barrier polymer that can be an alternative to EVOH in barrier structures. It is suitable for film (blown, cast and three bubble film) and injection applications. It can be processed in conventional equipment for EVOH. Enoxite E20 is a polymer soluble in cold water. It is in process to be registered by TÜV as Biodegradable in Water.

Applications: Enoxite E20 is designed to be used as an oxygen barrier layer in packaging. It can be combined in multilayer structures with conventional polymers (PE, PP, PS, PA, PET) and compostable biopolymers, always following NUREL’s recommendations.
