Material Notes:	Fields of application: Injection- or compression molded articles and extruded parts. Examples: Foils, films, tapes and ropes, crates, electronic equipment and other extruded/injection molded articles. Mode of action and advantages: ADD-VANCE FR 825 provides excellent flame retardancy to thick PP products. ADD-VANCE FR 825 contains a brominated flame retardant, which operates in the gas phase by interrupting the chain propagation necessary for fire initiation and continuation. ADD-VANCE FR 825 contains antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) as synergist. Advantages: Highly effective flame retardant Masterbatch for PP products; Very highly concentrated masterbatch allowing low dosing rates; Highly cost effective FR system with good flow properties; and Safe and easy handling, dust free dosing, inherent low toxicity and no environmental impact. Former ADDCOMP product line, acquired by BYK.
