It is compatible with industry standard solder masks, no-clean fluxes, metallization, components and substrate materials. Loctite Stycast UV 7993 meets MIL-I-46058C standards. Loctite Stycast UV 7993 conforms to IPC-CC-830 requirements. Recommended UVA Cure Condition, Medium pressure mercury vapor lamp - Light Intensity (mW/cm²): 150 to 300, UVA Cure Energy (mJ/cm²): >1,500. Recommended UVC Cure Condition for a Tack-free Surface, Medium pressure mercury vapor lamp - Light Intensity (mW/cm²): >60, UVC Cure Energy (mJ/cm²): >300 Information provided by Henkel.
