Material Notes:	ELASTOSIL® R 562/80 is a peroxide crosslinking HCR silicone for the manufacture of silicone-insulated cables and wires. Properties: The mechanical properties refer to crosslinker C6. The compound is colored anthracite. Addition of 2.2% ELASTOSIL® AUX SB-2 increases the LOI to 32 %. Special features: good mechanical and electrical properties high dielectric strength high volume resistivity good heat resistance good rheological properties very good oil and fuel resistance combustion products of low toxicity and corrosivity and low smoke density Application: Cable insulations with high hardness in ignition cables, measuring equipment, components under high voltage.
