Material Notes: Description: TIPELIN BS 501-17 is a high density polyethylene copolymer (with hexen-1 as comonomer) grade for blow molding of products which require excellent ESCR and chemical resistance, furthermore balanced mechanical properties. The grade contains antioxidants.

Applications: TIPELIN BS 501-17 is recommended for bottles and cans up to 10 liter capacity for aggressive household chemicals and detergents. It is suitable for corrugated pipes too.

(1) Average mechanical property values of several measurements carried out on standard pressed specimens (ISO 293) conditioned at room temperature (ISO 291).
