GY-DG-84 offers a complete range of solutions for the defects of traditional degradable materials, such as high price of PLA/less of applications/cannot combine with the general plastic, etc. The concept of degradable plastic refers to: It can be decomposed into small molecules polymer by microorganisms from sun or soil in the short time after getting the expired time of plastic product. The delayed period of degradable plastic which means it is from the beginning of processed into plastic product to a small transverse cracks in time by the external environmental conditions. Different degradable with the different delayed period?the requirement length for delayed period of various plastic is also different. As the example, the delayed period of plastic film is not less than the growing season of crops. GYC Nano decomposable material not only has high efficiency degradation ability but also provides the following advantages:
  • Can use compound and add in the variety of plastic: PP.LDPE.HDPE.LLDPE.…etc.
  • Less efficient usage rate and achieve large number of applications of degradable plastic for human
  • The degradation delayed period fixed and appropriated length, it can control the start time of degradable plastic
  • High decomposition speed, it can be degraded by environment, soil, sunlight, humidity, UV light and the oxygenation in the air after used
  • PLA material which made by natural corn or starch is an expensive, low heat resistant product. Moreover, this item can’t be used widely. Comparing with PLA, GY-DG-84 has well price performance ratio.
  • PLA materials need a special environment at high temperature 50 ° C, humidity 50% ~ 60%, it also takes about 40 days to decompose naturally, difficult to decompose in open-air environment
  • The recycle of PLA should be separated and classified exactly, it will increase the cost and time of recycle
  • Can be combined with traditional petrochemical products such as :PP.PE. LDPE.HDPE.LLDPE…etc
