Material Notes: AC59 resin is a high-density polyethylene homopolymer produced by the solution process and designed for monofilament applications. It contains antioxidant additives. Its applications include: film extrusion, monofilament, raffia, raschel, nets, oriented structures, and general use. Processing Conditions for Oriented Structures: cast film - typical temperature profile: 170 to 220ºC; blown film - typical temperature profile: 170 to 220ºC; monofilament - typical temperature profile: 170 to 220ºC. Typical Stretch Ratio: 4 to 8:1.
