Mallard Creek Polymers Rovene® 4119 Carboxylated Styrene-Butadiene Emulsion

Material Notes: Rovene® 4119 imparts a good wet/dry tensile strength, and has good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces. As such, it makes an excellent base latex for paper and paperboard barrier coating applications. Rovene® 4119 is recommended for use in paper and paperboard coatings where excellent water vapor transmission resistance is needed. In addition, this material delivers excellent Cobb Size results. Its excellent compatibility with all of the major barrier coatings pigments makes this product a good choice for a broad range of applications; from base coats to top coats. Rovene® 4119 fits well in barrier coatings for direct contact food packaging with clearance under FDA 175.105, 176.170 and 176.180.

Storage and Handling: Protect from freezing. Ideal storage temperature is 22°C (72°F). Read the Rovene® 4119 Material Safety Data Sheet before handling, storing, or using this product.
