Extramet EMT 609 Tungsten Carbide, Ultra-Fine Grain

Material Notes:	EMT 609 is an ultrafine grade used for milling hardened steel (>50HRC). It is ideal for High Speed Cutting (HSC) for mold construction, wear resistant microtools, finish spot milling/secondary chatter reduction and uncoated machining of new composite materials. Extramet EMT 609 is a homogenous mixture of tungsten carbide grains in a tough cobalt binder matrix. The carbide grains are fused into a solid matrix of cobalt metals.
