Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); Polystyrene (PS); Expanded Polystyrene (EPS)

Material Notes:

Applications: Resilient/reusable packaging, Sports items, Dunnage

Expansion: Minimum Density Potential (pcf): Single pass continuous - 2.1; Double Pass continuous - 1.5; Batch expansion - 1.6
Prepuff Flow Characteristics: Freshly expanded low density Arcel is sensitive to thermal and mechanical shock. Care must be taken to prevent particle densification.
Expected Federates (pph): Singe pass continuous - 400-600; Double pass continuous- 400-600; Batch expansion - 400-600

Bead Size: Spherized pellet 2X A Size
