Material Notes:

Resin Type: enhanced linear low density polyethylene, slip, antiblock and processing aid additives

Characteristics: superior dart impact, optical, hot-tack and heat seal properties, good drawdown, can be used straight or blended with LDPE or HDPE

Applications: thick or thin film applications where superior toughness and abuse resistance, hot-tack and heat-seal, and optical properties are critical

Natural Color
Slip: 1000 ppm
Antiblock: 3000 ppm.

Recommended processing conditions: 6.35 cm extruder. 24:1 screw L/D ratio. 0.203 cm die opening. Melt temperature 232°C. Blow up ratio 2.5:1. Output rate 8.0 lb/hr/in die cir.

Hot-Tack Initiation Temperature: 80°C
Ultimate Hot-Tack Strength: 4.7 N
Heat Seal Initiation Temperature at 0.5 lb.: 94°C
Ultimate Heat Seal Strength: 12.8 N.
Film properties based on thickness of 0.0318 mm.
