Compression Bonded Neodymium Iron Boron Magnets are made by utilizing the technique of compressing a “Rapid Spin Quenched” epoxy coated NdFeB magnet powder into a final shape and then heat treating it. The result is a high density material which produces a higher magnetic output than by injection molding. Although compression molding provides greater flexibility in geometry shape and size, it does not provide the range of complex geometries which can be achieved by injection molding.Information provided by Alliance LLC. |
