Typical temperature profile for processing compound is from 135°C to 185°C. The optimum temperatures depend on the type of machine as well as screw design being used to process. Feeding zone: 135°C, compression zone: 145-155°C, mixing zone: 155°C-175°C, nozzle die zone: 165-185°C.
