Material Notes:	Description: This product confers waterproofing effects on leather materials like footwear, sportive garment and gloves with innovative water-repellent solutions environment friendly (fluorine free). Key Features Imparts water-proofing behaviour Very good compatibility with organic compounds Fluorocarbon-free The viscosity may change by ageing but this does not impact the product quality. Key Applications Wet-end processes, especially in re-fatting Application: HANSA® LPF 716 is a carboxy-functional polydimethylsiloxane which can be used for the water-proofing treatment of leather. It is particularly suitable in wet-end processes, especially during refatting. HANSA® LPF 716 is not soluble in water. It can be dissolved in alcohol; the optimal application amount must be adjusted to the desired effect. HANSA® LPF 716 can be used in combination with HANSA® WS 1175 in order to achieve an even better waterproofing effect. Information provided by CHT Group
