Material Notes: Description: Skin packing / heat seal coating

Usage: Michem® Tite 445AF is a coating which bonds heavily printed corrugated to Surlyn or polyethylene skin pack films, firmly trapping the product in between. Adhesion to most water based or litho inks is excellent, but the inks must be wax-free. Michem® Tite 445AF can only be glued with hot melt adhesives.

Application Data: Michem® Tite 445AF should be mixed well before using, as the product may form a thick skin. Use of a roll coater is recommended for application. The coating should be applied in the range of 2-3 dry lbs./MSF.p>Food Contact Information when manufactured in the USA:
