Material Notes:	Description: Silicone resins are reactive polymers to enhance durability and water repellency of many formulations. The Silicone resins can be used in combination with reactive Aminosiloxane to formulate high quality sealants for car care or long lasting impregnation agent for mineral surfaces. Further applications of Silicone resins are car polishes, spray waxes, impregnation agents for kitchen worktops and for wood. It is excellently suited as impregnation for mineral surfaces or wood. A further application field is the addition of HANSA CARE 4870 to lacquer care product formulations to make use of the particular film forming properties of the silicone resin and to increase the stability. Addition Rates Dosage – 1: 1.0 – 5.0% in car sealants / polishes Dosage – 2: 5.0 - 10.0% in impregnations Information provided by CHT Group
