Material Notes: Delglas are fastening elements machined from different special grades of epoxy glass laminates. Delglas fastening elements are electrical insulation materials with high dielectric strength, a very good tracking resistance, and strong mechanical properties. They offer excellent resistance to humidity, seawater corrosion and chemical agents avoiding frequent and costly maintenance (rust, painting). They are well adapted for operating in oil and in other dielectric liquids, and at both very low and high temperatures up to 180°C. Delglas fastening elements are used in: Transformers, coils, rectifiers, switches, Generators, rotating machines, Equipment for the chemical industry, Pipelines and gaskets fixations, Marine, oil and gas.
