LG Chemical NBR 7030S High Acrylonitrile Polymer  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Rubber or Thermoset Elastomer (TSE)

Material Notes: Description: NBR 7030S has combined the merit of NBR (Acrylonitrile rubber) with the merit of PVC resin. NBR 7030S shows good flexibility and elasticity without vulcanization, and also shows good oil resistance, chemical resistance, slip resistance. NBR 7030S can be processed and recycled like thermoplastic materials, so extrusion and injection is available and, has good flow properties so that it's possible to process at low temperature. By comparison with plasticized PVC, NBR 7030S shows good touch feeling, elasticity, anti-slip, low temperature resistance and has longer life-time by reducing the loss of plasticizer.

Applications: NBR 7030S is applicable to safety shoes, fashion shoes, medical application, and hose.

CAS No: 9003-18-3
