Material Notes: Hipscon™ M-505 is a conductive, carbon black filled, High Impact Polystyrene available as extruded sheet. Thermoformed trays are lightweight and easily formed into deep pockets that maintain uniform static protection. Hipscon maintains extremely low gloss surfaces after forming, allowing for easy reading of package contents via automated sensors. Hipscon™ M-505 sheet is available in custom extruded gauges from 0.012 to 0.080 inch and widths of 10 to 48 inches. Product is typically provided as rollstock with a smooth surface finish.
