Chambroad Petrochemicals SBRL-2263 Styrene-butadiene Rubber Latex
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Rubber or Thermoset Elastomer (TSE); Styrene Butadiene Rubber

Material Notes: High-solid-content Styrene-butadiene Rubber Latex: I. SBRL-1354 Cationic Styrene-butadiene Rubber Latex SBRL-1354 cationic styrene-butadiene rubber latex, a stable emulsion formed through emulsion polymerization of 1,3-butadiene andstyrene, has good great adhesion, stability, and fluidity.SBRL-1354 is a high-performance, high-solid-content styrene-butadiene rubberlatex for modified emulsified asphalt, and it is synthesized by moderately adjusting the polymerization process according to thecharacteristics of emulsified asphalt for pavement. The introduction of the product into the modified emulsified asphalt can reduce thetemperature sensitivity of the asphalt, increase its ductility and cracking resistance at low temperatures, improve the asphalt'sproperties at high temperatures, including softening points and elasticity, and enhance the adhesion of asphalt and chips. II. SBRL-2263 Anionic Styrene-butadiene Rubber Latex SBRL-2263 is a water-based non-curable styrene-butadiene rubber latex for quick setting by spraying. The product has goodcompatibility with waterproof coating of anionic emulsified asphalt, reconciliation, chemical stability, and mechanical stability, and cansignificantly improve the waterproofness, high-temperature resistance, and low-temperature flexibility of the waterproof coating ofanionic emulsified asphalt, and greatly improve its adhesion, crack resistance, and puncture resistance after coating film formation. Itovercomes the performance of general styrene-butadiene rubber latex modified emulsified asphalt waterproof coating which is notresistant to puncture and poor elastic recovery after curing, and prolongs the service life of buildings.
