Lehmann & Voss LUVOCOM® 19-7669 Polyamide 46 with glass fiber and PTFE
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Nylon (Polyamide PA); Nylon 46 (PA46); Nylon 46, Lubricated + Glass Fiber Reinforced

Material Notes: Properties/attributes include: Strong, stiff parts. Highly dimensionally stable at elevated temperatures.

Automotive industry, textile- and office machinery, apparatus- and precision engineering. Typical uses include: Gear parts for automotive appliances, control disks, cams, sliding elements.

Processing: During processing the moisture level should not exceed 0.1%, otherwise molecular degradation and surface defects (e.g. smearing) may occur. Excessively high predrying temperatures may cause discoloration. The processing notes provided merely represent a recommendation for general use. Due to the large variety of machines, geometries and volumes of parts, etc., it may be necessary to employ different settings according to the specific application.
