| Preparation: Prior to processing, Addolink 0312 is being molten in a circulating air oven (guideline: to melt 8 kg will take approx. 5 hours) and thoroughly homogenized by stirring or shaking or the extremely low water content of the product will concentrate locally. Addolink 0312 has to be kept liquid at 70 - 80 °C, but only in such quantities which may be processed within 8 hours. Once in a liquid state, the crosslinker has to be protected from moisture. Function: Crosslinker for polyurethane hot-curing cast elastomers. Application: Addolink 0312 is a slowly reacting crosslinker and is used in liquid form for the production of polyurethane hot-curing cast elastomers based polyesterpolyols / NDI, polyesterpolyols / MDI and for MDI-prepolymers.
