Material Notes: DESCRIPTION: Plyophen 43243 is a liquid one-step phenolic resin in isopropyl alcohol.

APPLICATION: Plyophen 43243 resin was developed specifically for both high and low pressure laminating processes employing glass fabrics and other inorganic reinforcing agents. This resin is capable of producing preimpregnated materials suitable for vacuum-bag molding at 10-14 psi, press molding at pressures as high as 1800 psi, or matched-metal die molding at even higher pressures. Laminates and molded parts having exceptionally high temperature resistance's are obtained with this resin.
