Description: Superior 3000 Tacky Flux is a conventional Type ROL0 No-Clean formulation for electronics applications requiring highreliability, stability, and cleanliness. Flux formulation contains no ionic materials and is suitable for clean-room applications.Applications: Superior 3000 Tacky Flux is formulated for BGA rework and repair, or specialty processes where a conventional flux does not provide sufficient activity and/or requires post-solder cleaning. Flux can be placed on surface area by printing, dispensing, or manually applying the flux. When cleaning is required, isopropyl alcohol can be used to clean all surfaces requiring residue removal. If solvent cleaning cannot be used, an aqueous cleaning system using Superior SyberKleen 2000 saponifier will remove all residues. A water temperature of 60ºC/140ºF is recommended for optimum results. Information provided by Superior Flux |
