Master Bond EP42HT-2ANLV Two part epoxy
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Epoxy

Material Notes: Key Features:
  • Convenient handling, long working life
  • High thermal conductivity and electrical insulation
  • Superior chemical resistance
  • Good flow properties
Product Description: Master Bond EP42HT-2ANLV is a two component epoxy adhesive, sealant, coating and casting system featuring thermal conductivity and electrical insulation. It has a forgiving mix ratio of 100 to 40 by weight and flows well. It cures readily at ambient temperatures or more rapidly with heat. The optimum cure schedule is overnight at room temperature, followed by 2-3 hours at 150-200°F. Since it is a filled system, it has exceptionally low shrinkage and stellar dimensional stability. EP42HT-2ANLV bonds well to a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, rubbers and plastics. It generates very little heat when curing and can be used for potting and casting up to 3-4 inches thick. The system has excellent chemical resistance to water, oils, fuels, acids and bases. Its temperature range is -100°F to +350°F. The color of Part A is off white and Part B is amber. EP42HT-2ANLV is a viable candidate in aerospace, electronic, optical, and specialty OEM where good flow and thermal conductivity combined with electrical insulation are essential to the application.

Product Advantages:
