Master Bond Supreme 10AOHT-LO High Shear and Peel Strength Epoxy
Categories: Polymer; Adhesive; Thermoset; Epoxy; Epoxy Adhesive

Material Notes: Description: Master Bond Supreme 10AOHT-LO has a combination of properties consisting of excellent thermal conductivity, superior electrical insulation, great adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and the ability to withstand rigorous thermal cycling. This one component, no mix system is formulated to cure at elevated temperatures e.g. 45-60 minutes at 250-300°F depending on the temperature. The tensile shear strength exceeds 2,700 psi. It is serviceable at cryogenic temperatures from 4K to +400°F. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any diluents or solvents. It has excellent adhesion to most metals, ceramics, glass and vulcanized rubbers, as well as many plastics. Supreme 10AOHT-LO produces durable, high strength, thermally conductive, very tough bonds which are resistant to many chemicals including water, oil, fuels and many acids and bases. One particularly noteworthy feature of this system is its toughness, which imparts resistance to thermal cycling as well as thermal and mechanical shock. It also gives it higher peel strength. It is gray in color. Master Bond Supreme 10AOHT-LO is widely used in electronic, electro-optic, aerospace and specialty applications where high strength, the convenience of a no mix system, excellent thermal transfer properties and high temperature resistance are required. Most importantly, Supreme 10AOHT-LO passes NASA low outgassing testing as per ASTM E595.
