Evonik BREAK-THRU® Vibrant Surfactants

Material Notes: BREAK-THRU® Vibrant is a non-ionic organic surfactant.

Application: BREAK-THRU Vibrant can be used as a tank mix adjuvant as well as an additive for in-can formulations. BREAK-THRU Vibrant imparts a very low dynamic surface tension and improves the adhesion of pesticidal sprays. In field trials, BREAK-THRU® Vibrant has proven safe for use on crops, and tests suggest good activity on pesticides used in grass crops such as cereals and rice. Manufacturer recommends a dose rate of 200-400 ml/ha. BREAK-THRU® has not proven phytotoxic in field trials, has a very low foaming potential and does not stabilize foams. Testing has also shown that the product reduces the amount of driftable spray particles when used with flat fan nozzles.
