Material Notes: PVC Homopolymer Dispersion Resin

F-NVA is a high molecular weight PVC homopolymer dispersion resin with low residual surfactant content. Plastisols containing F-NVA exhibit low paste viscosities and good viscosity stability. This product is presently being utilized in a variety of applications where the resulting films or coating require high tensile strength and resistance to abrasion.

Note 1. 500 gm resin and 300 gm DOP, Hobart mixer mixed 5 min. @ No. 1 speed and 10 min. @ No. 2 speed, undeaerated.
