Socomore Chemglaze® V300 Polyurethane Coating
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Polyurethane, TS

Material Notes: Chemglaze® V-Line polyurethane coatings are moisture curing aliphatic polyurethane coatings. They are used in product finishing applications on polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) and other plastics where maximum performance properties are needed. These coatings provide the highest possible combinations of abrasion resistance, wear properties and flexibility. Use Chemglaze V-Line coatings as protective coatings for vinyl, Mylar®, ABS, FRP, and Noryl®.

Excellent wear is characteristic of all Chemglaze products. In laboratory evaluations 7.6 to 38.1 µm (0.3 to 1.5 mils) of Chemglaze V-Line polyurethane coatings provide better scuff and wear resistance than 50.8 - 76.2 µm (2 to 3 mils) of conventional scuff coats.

Flexible Gloss

Socomore acquired the Aeroglaze® and Chemglaze® product lines from Lord in September 2016.
